This entry is just a mess .... so try to keep up! We hosted Easter with my family today, we had lots of fun! I made the girls some dirt (crushed Oreo) dessert and they put gummy worms in it. It went over pretty well.
Emma G enjoying her dirt:

Regan, always one to make a silly face for the camera!

Alyssa enjoying a worm.

The girls after an egg hunt and Jacob getting ready to pounce!

Jacob pouncing on Emma's eggs. (I forgot to rotate the pic)

Jacob's basket

On Easter Eve we celebrated with Jason's family. Here's daddy and Jacob!

Grandma Judy and Jacob

We hit the zoo this weekend and Jacob made some new friends!

Jacob in his bunny ears.

Oooops!

Here's a really sad-faced primate. Perhaps she is sad because nobody will brush her hair.

If you had asked me if I would have ever bought this giant headed Elmo Easter basket in my pre-mommy days, I would have said hell to the no. But, when your baby boy shouts "wa-wa, wa-wa" (his word for Elmo) over and over .... how does one leave it behind??

Lantana had their Spring Festival and Jacob got to ride on a pony. In the background you can see a pony with nobody on it and that is because he was in time-out. A little girl approached him from behind and the pony back-kicked her and she FLEW! Poor little girl.

This is an example of why I have fewer and fewer pictures of Jacob.

So Jason and I took a self-photo prior to going to Opening Day for the Rangers .... doesn't Jason look like a serial killer?! We hadn't taken a self-photo in a LONG time, so Jason was not practiced in the "don't squish up your chin and neck" pose. Better him than me ....

How did you like the zoo?
We have plans to go Friday morning if you want to go out there and stroll with us. It is Traci, Erin and me. We have passes though so we don't go for real long, maybe 2 hours or so. I can get you a discount.
This made me laugh, multiple times. Very cute pictures!
